RevRelay ("we", "us", "our") operates a performance-based outbound engine that books prequalified sales meetings for B2B clients on a pay-per-show basis. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and onboarding details when you complete a client intake form. We also collect prospect and contact data used to build outbound campaigns on your behalf, including business contact information sourced from third-party data providers.

We automatically collect technical data such as device type, browser, pages visited, and referral sources through analytics tools.

3. SMS notifications

With your explicit consent, we may send automated SMS messages to the mobile number you provide to notify you about qualified leads and quote opportunities. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
